Applying Is Easy
Applying for admission to
1. Download the application or call and have a packet sent by mail. Once you have received the packet, fill out the enclosed application form and send it back to the office. Fill out the entire application. Leaving parts of it blank or not including requested information may result in the application being delayed or denied.
2. Send in the non-refundable $35 application fee with your application. Failure to submit the fee may result in the application being delayed or denied.
